How to pay a notice, generate a spontaneous payment, use the cart and consult receipts.

1Pay a received notice

  1. Open Pay a notice.
  2. Enter the holder's notice code / IUV and tax code / VAT number.
  3. Check amount and due date. Then choose one of the three actions:
    • 🛒 Add to cart — to pay it together with other notices.
    • âš¡ Pay now — direct redirect to PagoPA to pay immediately.
    • 🖨 Print / Download PDF — to print or pay at a physical PSP.
  4. Upon completion, save the digital receipt received via email.

2Generate a spontaneous payment (without notice)

  1. Open Spontaneous payment.
  2. Select the service/reason and fill in the requested data.
  3. Enter the amount and confirm: a PagoPA notice will be generated.
  4. Choose: Add to cart, Pay now or Print PDF.

3Use the multi-payment cart

The cart allows you to collect up to 5 notices and pay them all in a single PagoPA session. No login required.

  1. Click Add to cart on each notice you want to pay (found or generated).
  2. The N badge in the top bar updates automatically.
  3. Open the Cart to view the summary and total.
  4. Click Proceed to payment: you will be redirected to PagoPA to pay all notices at once.
  5. You can remove individual notices from the cart before paying.

4Download the receipt for a notice already paid (no SPID/CIE required)

If you have paid a notice and want to retrieve the receipt, no SPID/CIE login is required: just have the notice number and the debtor's tax code.

  1. Open Pay a notice.
  2. Enter the notice number and the debtor's tax code and submit the check.
  3. If the payment has already been made, the notice preview will appear with a Download the receipt button.
  4. The download link is valid for a few minutes for security reasons: if it expires, repeat the search.

5Consult pending items and receipts (SPID required)

The My pending items section shows the debt positions associated with your profile.

  • You can select multiple payable pending items directly from the list and click Pay selected.
  • Open the details of a pending item to download its receipt (if already paid).
  • If you don't see expected pending items, verify that your profile's tax code is correct and try logging in again.

Access and security

Notice payment and cart work even without login. SPID/CIE access is required only for "My pending items" and receipts. If login fails, try again or contact support.
